Kleur Design is not responsible for storing, archiving, or recovering client artwork files post-delivery. Clients are advised to maintain their own backups, as Kleur Design will not provide replacements after six months from the date of final file delivery.

11. Ownership of Open Files

Open files remain the property of Kleur Design and can be provided to the client at an agreed fee. The terms and conditions for the release of these files, including any associated costs, will be determined by Kleur Design.
